Shipping prices are based on weight. We ship all orders via USPS. Please contact USPS if your package is lost in transit or didn't arrive. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customer is responsible for ensuring the correct address is on file for their order. Once your package is out of our hands, it is out of our control.
