Refund policy

Since our products are custom orders or made to order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns.

If your custom item is submitted and not correct, it will be cancelled for a store credit only. 

Any requested cancellations that can be processed will be provided a store credit. They will not be refunded the original payment as all sales are final. 

Once your order is in the queue to print, we can not stop processing. We print as order come in and can not stop min-production for any reason. 

All damaged or order issues you might encounter must be emailed to us within 1 day of receiving the order. Orders that are received via shipping will need to provide tracking number. Once your order is received please inspect and keep prints stored in a low humidity space. 

Please note we do not work the weekends or any major holidays.
